Sooo... let's talk Coronavirus.
Because no one else is talking about it, right??
We want to give a couple tips of ways to use this time to reflect & find gratitude for your life!
We are isolated and secluded in a time of crisis.. and it's a weird time without a doubt.
And because you're isolated, your weakness’s will likely be exposed during this time, and that's normal. Press into the silence.
It's more important now than ever to get centered.
We will be answering questions such as:
How can you find motivation during this time?
What are 3 practical things you can do right now during this time of “self quarantine” to practice self-love?
How can you be proud of yourself during this time?
What are you going to do with this extra time on your hands?
How can you find forgiveness for yourself?
Stress is a choice... what calms you down?
Please know that fear is normal, but when your fear is growing, it might be created by the hysteria from social media. Setting social media boundaries is crucial during this time!
We strongly encourage you to take your emotional health seriously right now because your emotional health leads to your physical health.
